Celebrating our Fifth Anniversary
This month, we are celebrating the fifth anniversary of Peapod & Co. We would like to say a big thank you to all our team, clients, partners and suppliers who have supported to help us reach this milestone. We appreciate and thank you all for the part you have played in the Peapod & Co.’s journey, success and growth since we launched on 7 April 2019.
With roots in the countryside and a presence in the city, we have cherished creating and championing seasonal menus, meeting clients, forming new partnerships and catering fabulous private parties, launch parties, gallery openings, corporate events, showroom and book launches and weddings across the South of England.
It has been our privilege to witness and partake in our clients' special occasions and celebrations, creating unique experiences and cherished memories. From navigating the highs of successful events to adapting to challenges posed by Covid-19 and Brexit, the past five years have been a journey of growth, resilience, and learning.
Key Highlights:
April 2019 - Peapod & Co. formed.
April 2019 - Our new HQ opens in Selborne, Alton ready for our first large-scale event in London.
May 2019 - We launch our picnic hamper service for parties, corporate events and sporting events, such as Royal Ascot, Lords and Glyndebourne Festival.
June 2020 - We expand our operations and launch our canapé delivery service — ‘Canapé Boxes by Peapod & Co.’ — to meet the growing demand for intimate celebrations at home and the workplace.
October 2020 - Our ‘Christmas in a Box’ delivery service is launched, following the announcement of Covid-19, lockdown, and the government’s restrictions on events and hospitality.
March 2021 - Launch of 'Peapod & Co.’s playlists’ on Spotify.
April 2022 - It’s party time! We celebrate our third anniversary of Peapod & Co.
January 2023 - Peapod & Co. expand its portfolio of event venues, including Strawberry Hill House & Garden.
April 2024 - We celebrate our fifth anniversary of Peapod & Co.
