We work with selected British suppliers who source from local farmers, distilleries, breweries, and English vineyards where possible, all of whom are passionate about sustainability and quality.
By partnering with leading food and drink companies in the UK, we ensure you receive the very best ingredients.
From the Sea
We prioritise sourcing responsibly caught fish from UK rivers and seas through trusted suppliers, such as Severn & Wye Smokery and Chalkstream®. When necessary, we also select international sources to ensure the highest quality.
From the Soil
Our selection of fruits and vegetables is sourced from leading British suppliers, ensuring premium quality and freshness. On our menus you will find Kent asparagus, Isle of Wight tomatoes, English wines and spirits, including The River Test Distillery, Candover Brook and Exton Park.
From the Land
Our meat primarily sourced from award-winning butcher in London, HG Walter, comes from small farms in the UK raising free-range native breeds like Hereford and Aberdeen Angus cattle and Large White and Hampshire Duroc cross breeds from Suffolk and the South Downs, known for superior quality and contributing to sustainability through a biodiverse landscape.
