August, the final full month of summer, is always a busy time for Peapod & Co. With weddings, summer parties, school holidays, and warmer temperatures, it’s no surprise why.
At our HQ, we've been busy coordinating the logistics and menus for events, meeting local suppliers, and hosting tastings for clients. Planning in advance allows us to make sure every detail of an event runs without a hitch and exceeds our clients' expectations.
Highlights of the month: Summer Garden Party
One of our recent highlights was a garden party in Hampshire.
Over 50 guests attended an intimate pool-side celebration for an informal post-wedding gathering over the long bank holiday weekend, which turned out to be a real scorcher. It was a fabulous excuse for one last summer party in the garden before autumn arrives.
As guests arrived, they entered the garden through a hidden decorative wrought iron gate and were welcomed with ice-cold Provence rosé and refreshing mocktails to cool down, followed by beautifully-presented canapés. Our friendly team worked hard to create the perfect summer vibe for the event, and it was a huge success.
