We were thrilled to cater for a festival themed wedding in Hampshire, working alongside fabulous clients and party suppliers. Festival-style weddings have become hugely popular over the last couple of years, with couples seeking to create a relaxed party atmosphere that guests will never forget. Themed weddings are always such fun to work on with endless possibilities for the look and feel of the events.
Festival Themed Wedding Highlights
The festival themed wedding in Hampshire was a highlight of our events, with over 350 guests gathered in the picturesque countryside for a glamorous celebration that captured the essence of Glastonbury. The outdoor wedding was adorned with bold festival flags, enchanting fire pits, chill-out zones, extravagant lounges, botanical trees, bright balloon walls, and Moroccan tents, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that guests will remember for years to come.
Guests arrived to the event through a lush green foliage archway and were greeted by our team armed with English sparkling wine, cocktails, and coolers.
Post-festival ticket collection, festival-goers headed to the festival-style wedding marquees and tents provided by The Pearl Tent Company, Arabian Tent Company, and House of Hud. The fabulous festival passes, colourful signage, wedding menus, and stationery were designed by Nat's Paper Studio.
Guests enjoyed speeches, group sing-a-longs with the fabulous live wedding bands, and dancing into the early hours.
Festival-Inspired Menu
Throughout the day, we served vibrant festival-inspired canapés presented on vibrant trayscapes, bowl food, and street food, including bao buns, buttermilk fried chicken burgers, oysters, and fish and chips. Late-night treats were served to keep the VIP festival-goers munchies at bay.
Cocktail Bar
Our cocktail bar served Porthilly Spirit Cask Aged Rum, Cornish Vodka, and Cornish Coastal Gin cocktails, and bubbles for the toasts included Hattingley Valley Classic Reserve from Hampshire, Camel Valley Rose Pinot Noir Brut from Cornwall, and Rimuss Champion non-alcoholic fizz.
