  • Absolutely, we offer a wide selection of menus, including canapés, bowl food, food stations, late night food. and more.

  • Yes, we offer an event and wedding planning service. Please speak to a member of our team for further details. We can assist with sourcing a venue, florist, creating an event timeline and a wide range of other services to make your wedding planning seamless.

  • There’s no need. Peapod & Co. provides on-the-day coordination as part of our catering service at your event. Our experienced event manager and team will be onsite on the day to oversee the catering schedule, liaise with the host and ensure everything runs smoothly—from setting up the tables with the florist to clearing the tables.

  • Yes, we can provide all the staff for the day, including mixologists, event managers and serving staff. As well as extra staff for seating guests and the cloak/hat room.

  • Our staff usually wear Peapod & Co. aprons with a white shirt or t-shirt and smart black trousers. Bespoke uniforms can be sourced to fit your style and theme.

  • Yes, we can provide all the tableware, including plates, cutlery, crockery and linen tailored to your theme.

  • Wedding tastings are typically available for over 120+ people and are charged per person in attendance. The tasting offers couples an opportunity to sample our menus ahead of their wedding day. All tastings must be booked in advance.

  • Absolutely. We work with a curated selection of unique venues in a range of sizes and styles. We'd be happy to recommend the perfect space for your occasion—just visit our Venues page to explore the options

  • Yes, we can serve a smaller portion or produce a separate children’s menu, if required.

  • Yes, we can serve late-night food, snacks, midnight munchies and decorative sharing boards to keep your guests dancing into the early hours.

  • Of course! We can supply all the garnishes and ice for cocktails and cooling of the drinks.

  • Yes, we travel outside the South East of England and globally upon request.

  • Yes, we can provide all the kitchen equipment and ovens required.

  • Yes, your event booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.

  • All menus can be altered to meet specific dietary requirements. We offer a wide selection of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options to ensure that every guest is catered for.

  • Yes, we can organise delivery of all soft and alcoholic drinks, mixers and mineral water.

  • Disposal of rubbish, waste, and empty glass bottles is the responsibility of you, the client.

    As we're not licensed by the Environment Agency to transport waste, our team can’t remove it from the venue. However, we’re happy to arrange bins for the day and a licensed waste collection service if needed—just let us know if you’d like this included in your quote.
