Delivery Information and Terms

At Peapod & Co., we strive to provide you with the best possible experience when ordering from our catering service. However, we ask that you please take note of the following delivery information and terms:

  • Availability of Ingredients: Our menu items are subject to ingredient availability and will be offered while supplies last. Peapod & Co. reserves the right to modify menu items, prices and ingredients at any time. We will make every effort to promptly inform you of any changes.

  • Pricing: All prices exclude VAT and any applicable delivery charges. Payment is accepted via bank transfer/BACS and payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

  • Delivery Area: Our delivery services extend to Hampshire, London, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire. We recommend booking early, especially for major sporting events and holidays.

  • Delivery Schedule: Our food is hand-delivered between 8am and 4pm from Tuesday to Saturday, unless advised otherwise.

  • Delivery Charges: For deliveries within 30 miles, a fee of £30 applies. Additional service charges may apply for journeys exceeding 30 miles or large orders. Alternatively, collection is available from Alton, Hampshire GU34.

  • Timely Delivery: We are committed to delivering your order punctually and in good condition. A three-hour delivery window will be provided to ensure convenience. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays arising from circumstances beyond our control. We will take utmost care to deliver to the provided address, but we cannot assume liability for non-delivery due to incorrect details, traffic, adverse weather conditions, road closures, package theft or delays outside our control.

  • Allergen Information: Please be aware that our food is prepared in a professional catering kitchen where allergens such as gluten and nuts may be present. While we take stringent precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food does not contain traces of allergens.

  • Receiving Your Order: We kindly request that someone is available to receive your delivery, as perishable items cannot be redelivered. Once we have sourced perishable products at your request, we regret that we cannot cancel or refund your order.

  • Alcohol Purchase: To purchase alcoholic items, customers must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Environmental Responsibility: In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, please recycle the packaging we provide. Your contribution to minimising waste is greatly appreciated.
