Candover Brook Brut NV
A delicate balance of freshness and richness, crafted from the 2019 single-vineyard harvest in Hampshire.
Aged patiently for over 3.5 years, this award-winning English sparkling wine offers floral aromatics with nutty, toasty notes. The palate reveals hints of citrus, creamy vanilla, and orchard fruits, finishing long, mineral, and refined.
Made from 40% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, and 21% Pinot Meunier, including 19% reserve wines from a 2011 solera, it exemplifies elegance, complexity, and character.

Candover Brook Rosé NV
Vibrant, elegant, and refined, crafted from the 2018 single-vineyard harvest in Hampshire. Aged patiently for over 3 years, this English sparkling rosé shows lively aromas of strawberry, cranberry, and toasted brioche.
The palate is creamy and textured, with a bold mousse balanced by bright acidity and pure, vibrant fruit. Made from 54% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 13% Pinot Meunier, with a portion of reserve wines from a 2011 solera, it exemplifies elegance, freshness, and character.

Exton Park RB32 Brut, Hampshire (75cl)
Exton Park signature Brut harmonises an average of 32 skilfully selected reserve wines, for an elegant expression which sings with subtle intrigue.
Pale gold in colour, the Brut has a generous nose and a bright lemony character with notes of passion fruit and honey. Minerality in the mouth indicates a good, balanced structure, with an intense backbone and a lengthy finish with a whisper of white pepper.

Exton Park RB23 Rosé, Hampshire (75cl)
This captivating Rosé combines precisely ripened Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, pressed with exceptional care and patience until the wine blushes pink.
With a stylish blend of reserve wines, Exton Park’s Rosé is a fragrant and enticing example of the vineyard’s innovative house style. English rose in colour with a seductive strawberry liquorice nose, this wine reveals rich fruit characters in the mouth. Notes of white peach and rose petal develop into the rich plum flavours of the Pinot Noir grapes.

Exton Park RB28 Blanc De Noirs, Hampshire (75cl)
Exton Park’s iconic Blanc de Noirs masters an average of 28 Pinot Noir reserve wines from our library, many from our very earliest plantings, to create a complex and sophisticated sparkling wine. Favoured by gourmets and gastronomes, Blanc de Noirs is a true showcase for the precision of sparkling Pinot Noir. Pale gold in the glass, the Blanc de Noirs opens with notes of freshly baked brioche and a touch of lime tree blossom, moving to rich rounded fruit and a long, delicately spiced finish.

Amie White Wine, Languedoc (75cl)
Amie is a crisp and zesty vegan white wine (11.5%) produced in Languedoc in the south of France. It is made from Sauvignon Blanc and a hint of Gros Manseng, a grape native to the Languedoc region.
The wine has flavours of fresh aromatic, tropical and green fruit with integrated acidity which match beautifully with the vibrant and clean flavours showcased in this canapé boxes, such as cucumber and ginger.
Sauvignon Blanc is a classic pairing with quail’s egg, lobster and sea bass while the richer palate and complex savoury minerality will embrace the bolder richer flavours of chicken katsu and truffle. Best served chilled.

Amie Red Wine, Languedoc (75cl)
Amie red wine is a well-rounded and elegant vegan bottle of wine (12.5%).
Made from 100% Carignan, a grape native to the Languedoc in the south of France, it is a well-rounded with blackberry flavours and has been made from vines that are over 30-years-old. Carignan is ideal with our richer poultry canapés.

Amie Rosé Wine, Languedoc (75cl)
Amie rosé is pale, dry and perfectly balanced vegan wine (12%) produced in Languedoc, France.
Made from 100% Cinsault, the wine is fresh and vibrant with bouquet characteristics, packed with red berry flavours and a touch of cherry blossom.
It pairs well with our quail’s egg, lobster and tuna canapés. Best served chilled.

A blend of around 40% Pinot noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, Brut Premier comprises wine matured in oak tuns produced from three Champagne grape varieties that originate from various crus selected by Louis Roederer.
Brut Premier is a champagne that is harmonious and structured, elegant and lively. It is a full, complex wine that is both rich and powerful, whilst remaining a great classic.
